I have been working at IPRO full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You get a day off every week or two

    Cons

This work environment has been called "toxic" in other reviews. I can only echo that. Management couldn't care less about you. One example says it all. They laid off 25-28 front line workers, people in many different disciplines and at different levels. This because of new federal contract requirements. At this exact time, the entire group of Senior Management and their families went on an all expense paid "retreat" to Lake Tahoe, for a week. The cost of that junket for a nonprofit is scandalous. If they had gone to a local venue they could have used those monetary resources to have saved a few jobs here. It is disgraceful.

I worked at IPRO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you suck up to your boss, you'll be able to pass your work onto other employees.

    Cons

Despite being a policy provided by corporate, working from home is "not a required part of the program and will not be considered". Completely toxic workplace environment, to the point where it's constantly spilling into other teams as a feedback loop. On average, the yearly bonus does not even keep up with the rate of inflation. Extreme micromanagement, even by directors outside of your team.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Lake Success, NY

I worked at IPRO full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Flexible work schedule, compressed days

    Cons

Sr. Management is only concerned about themselves. They treat employees like trash. Once you see the attitude and non professionalism of the Human Resources Director that basically sets the tone for the Company.

Company is always operating in crisis mode, upper management dose not really acclimate to change well, CEO stuck in old ways often holding on to old processes that dont benefit anyone. lack of transparency is a large issue here
