No direction, No Process - IT Associate IPKeys Technologies Employee Review

- Owner too involved in weekly status meeting which was to last 15 minutes turned into 45 because of him. - No direction on tasks. Was told to create a process, to be told not happening. - Main manager was based in Virginia, HQ was in NJ. - Found issues that should be fixed and was told, it's ok we know about them. - Was told owner uses little things like lack of a BS for promotions/raises even when they excel at their jobs and been there for years. - Told one thing and they wanted another.
