Pros
Aside from the three owners and most of upper management, the people are friendly, supportive, kind and helpful. They make it bearable to work there. 3% 401 k contribution was nice.
Cons
The owners are simply NOT good people. I experienced a lot of sexual harassment which was always by management/owner(s). I was lied to about a promotion and was worried about the company ethics regarding purchasing new business and the like. The company was not doing well and I did not know one happy employee. Many were pushed out as soon as a project ended, and the pay was terrible. Upper management's children, relatives, and family friends always take precedence over the public when it comes to filling open positions, so experience, professionalism and dedication is a rarity. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for either employment or business purposes. Absolutely no room for growth.
