Pros
Many people in the organization have been at INXPO for a long period of time. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. Cons
Because INXPO is in an industry that is always evolving, there are times where the business has to adapt as well. Sometimes these are operational changes, sometimes these are financial changes and sometimes it means putting in VERY long hours to reach the goals. All of this can be exhausting, but just be sure to put in your PTO request to take some time off to disconnect and you will be just fine.
