1) No soul.
2) The company needs a story, a reason for existing that staff members (in particular sales people) can get behind.
3) The company needs a genuine mission statement that its stands by and one that aligns with the values of the organisation.
4) Too many applications, Aptus, Slack, Confluence, Hubspot, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc.
5) Stop referring to different members of staff as the "ELT" or "SLT".
