      Pros

      It was a collegial, fun, young environment where everyone was very friendly and got along. Many people in the office also hung out outside of work and played sports together.

      Cons

      The work is actually more marketing related than finance related. You ned to build your own book, and management puts a lot of pressure on you to build your book using your friends and relatives.
