Pros

- Only Some roles are safe, - managers have a high salary - For the rest you are alone.

Cons

- The orange code shall be rewritten from speak up and help the others into Shut up and Screw the others - People are discriminated and mobbed out of their job for all sort of personal reasons from other employees or managers - Managers are motivated to waste bank money, create a toxic culture of blackmail if you speak up, create fake propositions for their own career goals. - The internal performance process is a joke used to castrate people, don't expect help, career rotation or change, you are alone. - Stay away from HR, instead of helping out, they are just directly aligned with your managers, and they are worried about their career progress during reorganizations - Silence, obedience and fear is promoted on the basis of how much salary you get and how much you are able to change job - In a lot of roles you are left with no management support whatsoever and all blame will be falling back on you - Managers invent fake performance improvement plans on the basis of not doing their job and not helping out employees - feedback is weaponized to damage reputation of employees - credit for work is often stolen - Large rotation and of unhappy employees, and attrition
