      They have a horizontal way of working where you can directly give insights to seniors, good salary, your voice feels heard and many opportunities to network

      Cons

      I dont have any downsides to share.. maybe the fact that promotions are only given once a year and sometimes it feels like they are more about how long you are there, than about the merit
