Pros
The best thing is the culture, the way people treat and respect each other, and how customer centricity is truly in the heart of everything. International presence means you have plenty of opportunities to travel or work abroad. Secondary benefits are great. Flexibility to work from home is invaluable to balance private life with work.
Cons
Salary is decent but not great. Also, being a listed enterprise, there's a lot of short-term pressure. And finally, lack of focus: many things being done simultaneously, rather than sequentially.
