Pros
Pay, benefits (at a substantial cost), good peer relationships, work/life balance better than most places, and ability to work remotely.
Cons
Where do I start? Poor senior management decisions generally assist in stalling or hindering progress. They think only of the bottom line financially and ignore long term goal achievements that would benefit the bottom line. They don't hesitate to rip out those that know what they are doing to replace them with those that don't. You always feel on edge never knowing which day might be your last regardless of performance reviews. Bureaucratic!
