Chaotic and very stressful environment. - Senior Systems Engineer ING Employee Review

There is too much of bad stress. The environment is chaotic and unstructured. The culture is of micromanagement. I wouldn't advice anyone joining ING unless they got a good raise. There are no special benefits that you don't get elsewhere. Work life balance is bad. Also, the management in Sydney is immature to put in a better way.
