      Pros

      Good work life balance. Good technology stack. Each employee have pluralsight access.

      Cons

      No organized process, if there is it doesn’t make sense. Managers are too busy or medicore. Too many tools that are not discussed to employees. onboarding process is mediocre. HR needs to improve. upper management doesn’t seem to care about process improvement. Salary is so-so, HR told me that they have bonus but they didn’t tell me about its cutoff.
