Pros
- Nice coworkers - Easy job without much worry of losing a job - Alright pay - Not much skill required because the code is very old
Cons
- Still use Windows 7 machines in a sector that boasts how important security is - Not given any hardware that would benefit working well - I had to create custom scripts in order to just do day-to-day tasks since I couldn't change my keyboard layout since their IT policies would change it back - They say they're a tech company but they are far from it. During the pandemic it was an absolute mess to just get a Skype call going.
