An excellent employer that really tries to listen to its employees and provides all the tools to help you succeed professionally. to that end they really embraced working from home. Salaries are increased yearly on top of Belgian indexation.
Cons
Large enterprise so strict salary tranches. Getting a raise once you are in has become more difficult over the last couple of years. Due to its size, progress is slow and there is a lot of governance.
