      Good leadership development and training offering. Commercial dynamics with great internal/external marketing. Fair renumeration and good work-life balance in many parts of the organisation.

      Cons

      Too much commercial pressure. Frequent short-term changes endangering employee motivation and causing BOHICA as well as fear effect for many.
