      Si sviluppa un ottima esperienza presso clienti molto prestigiosi nel mondo dell'automazione. Grande varietà delle attività, opportunità di lavorare su moltissime piattaforme e macchine automatiche. Azienda in forte crescita, in crescita anche i benefit.

      Cons

      Stipendio basso. Per iniziare può andare bene.

      Pros

      The place is very nice to work, but it also depends a lot on the line manager. I was lucky to have my line manager, which he was trying to help on everything within his power. another good thing is to anonymously to share comments & questions to company management.

      Cons

      some line managers were not having good management skills.

      Pros

      - Diverse BI consulting projects (tool selection, process optimization, digital transformation) - Diverse technologies and stacks - Open, personal and feedback oriented work culture with most employees being under 35y/o - Very experienced senior staff, these people know what they are doing tech-wise - Good work-life balance, av. 45h/week

      Cons

      - Not enough formal, platform independent skill development (data modelling, data and software architecture) - High share of report development (SAP BO, Tableau, Power BI) for BI consultants (50-60% of working hours) - Narrow self-image as a service partner for the implementation of digitalization projects rather than a strategic partner for all things digitalization
