Cons
Small company which meant everything went through the CEO who was very conniving.
1. Service based company but did not have future projects or clients lined up.
2. Late salaries
3. 401k was emptied
4. Discussions on raise/promotions once completed were never acted on.
5. Frequently had accounting issues (more than once had incorrect deductions or salary although nothing had changed)
