Screening call, then one offline interview which include both Hr and Technical questions.
First part of the interview was in english where you introduce yourself then it continues in Arabic. He asked generic software concepts.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ILERRA (Reston, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
There was an initial phone screen that was followed up by a technical phone round about 2 weeks later and finally an in-person interview was scheduled 1st at the Client location by 3 people, 1 team member, 1 architect and 1 manager.
Once the Client cleared me, I was called for an additional interview at the company by 2 people - 1 technical member and the CEO and finally given an offer the same day.
The whole process took about 6 weeks.
