Pros

Nothing. Whosoever has given a review about work life balance or work culture either they have not seen other "Good" companies or thats a fake review .

Cons

This place is unfit to work if you have achieved something in your life. The are insecure , unprofessional people who don't have basic level of understanding of process or the global work culture. After joining this company within a week I realised that I have made a wrong decision by joining this company. Let me list down my sufferings in this company: 1. My every word and action was noted and discussed. I had a constant feeling that I am being watched and this was not my imagination. This made me feel sick and gloomy. I have lost at lease 5 Kgs after joining this company. I never felt so helpless. 2. These people have a negative tendency to take suggestions for process improvement. Even if something is advised for good cause, it is taken at ego and not welcomed at all. I think the Old employees are here since 2010- 2011 and have made this place as a "Jungle Raaj". They don't fit anywhere up to market standards , However they rate themselves very high and consider them as if they are the Best. They have not upgraded them with time. 3. Environment is a big concern. They call it a captive but one cannot imagine that an office place can be no less than a "Club" or a "Mall". 4. My manager wanted me to reply to all his emails as soon as he sent it. Even if I had nothing to say in the email sent to the team ( Not particularity me) , he expected me to reply "Nothing from my side". If I did not reply then he used to send a reminder to reply. Trust me THIS IS NOT A JOKE. 5. They never value time. Calendar invite means nothing to them. They will accept the meeting invite and then decline at the last moment without even proposing a new time. They they will come back to you anytime , anyday for the meeting and will not give you any time to brush up or propose new time even if those meetings involve prior preparation. They expect you to be ready at any time they want. 6. They have a memory problem as well. They will forget what ever update you have given them and will keep asking you updates. Sometimes I wondered if they do it intentionally as how can a person forget in the afternoon what was told to them in the morning?? 7. These people work only for money. All they are concerned about is Bonus and Yearly appraisals. They will go to any level to save their job and work as robots or slaves of their managers. They don't even have any voice or opinion and will follow blindly whatever their manager will ask them. 8. This company does not have the basic level of infrastructure and employee health concern. The cafeteria and other facilities are even less than a BPO.

Pros

A technology company so far behind that there is always interesting projects going on. In the past year executive leadership seems to have some focus and it does not feel like organization ADD. Benefits are very competitive.

Cons

A very consistent pattern of RIF's every few months. It is interesting that it is not always the lower performers, be very careful expressing an opinion for progress to middle management or you will very likely find yourself on the next RIF list. This is a management team that thinks they know it all. There are very few examples of leaders in this group, most are bosses, will make sure to tell you how to do the job. If you are coming in make sure to get a very good understanding of the expectation of role and responsibilities. If you are skilled you will be taken advantage of and asked to contribute at higher grade levels but performance and advancement is very subjective and there is no transparency in organizations like IT about what it takes to move to next levels. Unless of course you are playing that middle management stroking feathers game right..
