      Pros

      The actual work is easy to get the hang of and the coworkers are nice. Schedule is also pretty great.

      Cons

      Unreasonable management. Despite being a small office, management is very top-down control with little to no room for discourse about any policy changes. They actually pride themselves on being akin to Amazon.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
