      Pros

      Excellent people working there, nice environment to work in, sick time, free coffee on site

      Cons

      No career advancement, no planning for your career, pay well below standard, its not what you know but who you know that gets you a bonus if any, since buying IGT the company has sold out its Moncton facility and employees, lots of layoff so that the Reno facility site can prosper.

      The people you work with. The pay.

      Cons

      Upper management decided to take the practices of a bankrupt company and lay people off. All about the money there now and employees are merely numbers.

      Pros

      -Friendly people. The atmosphere is generally positive. Lots of smart people. -Vacation time is decent. -Company gets involved in the local community. -Good mix of social activities throughout the year.

      Cons

      -Salary increases are a joke. Negligible yearly increases. Raises for promotions are insulting. -Training is scarce. Budgets have been cut and are too low to do anything meaningful. Product training for employees has disappeared. -For a tech company, they are not very forward thinking. Software support for employees is lacking. Could be much more progressive with internal software solutions.
