      Pros

      Great people I work with on THIS team, and supervisor and leads allow you to work without being heavily micromanaged.

      Cons

      As field techs you cant partake in the early release days. Pay could be a little better. No real way to move up, unless you move to a different city or state.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
