      Pros

      Pay was decent after being with 3 companies that were bought out and thru name changes and 20 years

      Cons

      Management was horrible just horrible. I don’t think they could manage their way out of a wet paper bag.

      good place to work if you dont want to work very hard or get paid very much.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
