      Good Work Life balance, Great co workers.

      Lots of Politics at the upper levels. Only way to get promoted is apply for an open position.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
