      Good for self starters that like to go out

      They pretend to be union neutral but they truth is they send anti-union managers to bust union efforts and delay negotiations for years.

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
