Pros

Pay was alright when I left, but only because I got a promotion that was much delayed

Cons

Scheduling was terrible, for 3 months I worked 12 days on 2 days off with no end in sight Was expected to have vacation for the end of the year submitted and approved by August, no vacation carryover as well Payroll system changed making overtime pay extremely limiting when taking vacation days Advancement opportunities were difficult if not unobtainable

Pros

Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

Cons

The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
