      Good people in lower levels.

      Cons

      Low pay. Got a "raise" of a 1 time payment at 2.3% with inflation at 8%. 0 work/life balance. On call 5 out of 7 days a week for $1.00/hr. this includes one of my weekend days off. Expected to work late every day regardless of after work appointments.
