      Enjoyed the job. Enjoyed working with sales representatives. Lots of fun events. Need open communication opportunities.

      Cons

      Very poor communication from upper management. Other DSM's are allowed to ridicule and treat others poorly and manage by threat. Once you go to HR you are out.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
