      Pros

      Overall, it’s a great company to work especially in lottery and new sports betting groups.

      Cons

      Gaming side hasn’t been growing and lost some good employees/work force , and due to inability to grow, many employees left the positions also.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
