      The qualifications for working here are very low for ground floor position. If you are looking for experience for your resume

      Cons

      The company has gown down hill drastically. From the top executives to middle management there is zero concern for employees. At this time I wouldnt recommend this Company to anyone.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
