      none, there is none. There is no raises, poor starting salary

      Cons

      spend most of your day driving around, getting calls and emails about things you cant control. No raises for years. Sucks

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
