      Work with smart people. Regular 40 hour work weeks unlike some other engineering jobs. Decent benefits. Free gym.

      Cons

      Low Pay compared to similar positions in other companies. No room for promotion. No budget for raises. Senior management is disconnected from day to day operations.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
