7yWe appreciate your kind words regarding our talented employees and exciting products. We do acknowledge that as an IGT team, we can do more to show our employees that they are valued. Our global recognition and reward strategy is being revamped, with a focus on more immediate recognition, new ways to recognize employees, and empowering employees to recognize and reward one another. At the same time, we are taking a stronger approach to succession planning and career pathing. Individual development plans will be included where employees can identify their areas of interest. Our goal is for everyone to better understand their opportunities for learning and progression, keeping their future in play.
