      Exposure to large, high-availability systems distributed globally

      Cons

      Innovation is punished. Highly skilled engineers are overworked until they quit. Under-skilled engineers are not developed. Vacations and time-off are not respected. Weekend work is frequent and it feels like you're constantly putting out fires instead of developing.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
