      I Absolutely Love the people I work with

      Cons

      Some of the management is not up to PAR. Lack of communication along with sometimes lack of leadership is rampant. Trying to change my shift is almost impossible even though I have been there for going on 6 years in a few days.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

      Cons

      The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
