Pros

Flexible work hours, decent benefits, friendly and supportive staff/coworkers, ability to work from home for appointments/sick time/etc., almost no overtime, good chances for advancement if you are passionate and take initiative.

Cons

Slow communication and broken processes lead to inefficiencies across studios on projects, occasional (and seemingly expected) crunch time, extremely slow innovation. But worst of all, they're regularly downsizing in the bay area and don't seem willing to spend any money for growth there anymore, so don't expect to stay around long, willing or not.

Pros

Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.

Cons

The ability to move up depends a lot on your manager and relationships with others, not necessarily strictly your work product.
