      Pros

      Great people to work with. Immediate management cares and tries. Sometimes interesting projects. Some good progress on career growth for employees.

      Cons

      Layoffs almost quarterly. Lack of direction. Much time wasted on killed projects, constantly.

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
