Cons
It is an increasingly top heavy organization in constant flux — new upper management, changes in reporting structure and new processes make it increasingly challenging to gain momentum and clearly communicate. As many employees have been with the organization for a number of years there is institutionalized knowledge that can be challenging for one to understand that would be new to the company or gaming category.
