      permanent low salary and lots of useless work, old technology

      Cons

      no career progression at all, no salary raise in three years, people only think to get drunk and go on facebook, ashamed to work there, horrible colleagues.

      Flexible with hybrid work options however the degree of flexibility is highly dependent on your team/manager. The work is interesting.
