      Pros

      You have very hard working, Dedicated employees who were proud to be shareholders. Most staff have a can-do attitude despite the passive aggressive beatdowns

      Cons

      Senior management is out of touch with he reality of what is taking place on a day to day basis. HR doesn't investigate complaints and turns a blind eye

      Pros

      I was allowed to work remotely.

      Cons

      Salary increases do not keep up with inflation. There were years were I didn't get any raise at all even though I was getting good ratings on my performance review. I was expected to know things but wasn't trained in anything. The culture is very frustrating.
