      Pros

      Decent pay but nothing special. Lots of what should be temp help but are considered technicians. You do learn basics

      Cons

      Pull and dress cable that’s it not exactly a technician just a cable puller. Too big to move up and travel isn’t fun

      Pros

      *Good exposure to telecom world *Above average training

      Cons

      *Too many required hours per week (average of 70-80) *Leadership (doesn't know what they are doing, openly lies to B2B clients) *Low wages (about half of industry standard where we live) *Required overtime *Violates employment agreements (refuses to pay for call and then requires you to do it anyway)
