      Money, 3 days off each week at my former site.

      Cons

      The 4 days of work each week were like a 4 day long root canal. No directive or structure for a middle management position. I was told to "look busy" but never given anything to keep me busy. The hours dragged on like a Canadian winter.

      *Good exposure to telecom world *Above average training

      Cons

      *Too many required hours per week (average of 70-80) *Leadership (doesn't know what they are doing, openly lies to B2B clients) *Low wages (about half of industry standard where we live) *Required overtime *Violates employment agreements (refuses to pay for call and then requires you to do it anyway)
