      People are racist, you can notice that if you’re white you’re going to get promotions fast. If you’re Hispanic or black be ready to be in the same position for years

      *Good exposure to telecom world *Above average training

      Cons

      *Too many required hours per week (average of 70-80) *Leadership (doesn't know what they are doing, openly lies to B2B clients) *Low wages (about half of industry standard where we live) *Required overtime *Violates employment agreements (refuses to pay for call and then requires you to do it anyway)
