The company has a reputation for doing great technical work, particularly in e-commerce development, so a lot of retail clients are interested in working with IE. There is a good culture; everyone works well together and seem to get along socially as well. The office itself is really cool and conducive to collaborative work, and its location in Richmond is great. Christmas parties are always awesome.
