IE Digital interview questions

Preliminary phone interview followed up by 3 Skype interviews with peer appraisal department heads and CEO. Everyone was very friendly but the process and internal communication was disorganised. HR took far longer to get back with answers than stated. Everyone would defer to one another.

Welcoming. Cultural and skills based. 2 round of of in person interviews. Had to show a portfolio of my work. Met with 4 different people from a range of roles.
