      Pros

      Convenient street parking. Reasonable health benefits.

      Cons

      PR on employee development and feedback is too little too late on a whole generation of unrewarded dedicated employees. The PR would be great if true, but has not been so for 20 years because of the “entrepreneurial spirit” totally discounting employee development as an unjustifiable expense. Thus is especially indicated by periodic high turnover rates due to management’s lack of commitment for opportunities for career advancement, learning and development, meaningful feedback, communication, performance management, and equitable merit increases.
