It is more of a marketing role than a finance role Nothing special about the company, the culture is pretty average, the pay is below average, and the bonuses are fickle It's a job or industry that can cease to exist, and it wouldn't affect the clients No real exits for employees, you are relegated to the ops world of finance. Investor relations is a retirement career, not a jumpstart.
