      Some amazing leaders at exec dir and one vp

      Hugely toxic leadership The few good leaders are hamstrung and blackmailed into stifling development. HR is a joke. The HR leader for our region lied and lied and lied. When confronted with evidence she shrugged it off and claimed it wasn't said. Lowest morale of any team I've worked in. Leadership team for my function regularly left meetings in tears.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
