      Undoubtedly, choosing to join ICON has been an excellent career choice in an environment where you can learn everything you need to excel in the industry, Also, working remotely is a significant advantage.

      Cons

      Work can be very repetitive, with limited opportunities to develop new skills and gain exposure to tasks that are crucial for making progress in your career. Things can feel stagnant. Also, there are very limited to no salary increases every year.

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
