Pros
Great colleagues in IT, and Managers too. Very flexible with time off and work from home. The overall vibe of the company is they mean well, and clinical research orgs do so much to better our healthcare.
Cons
They play the corporate game well. Execs and Board cover their tails and pay themselves very well (hundreds times more than their lowest paid employees, I'm sure). Communication across business units or even within divisions of business units not great. Tech platforms and systems were not as good as PRAHS's. Lots of layoffs across many departments and business units; while (in IT anyway), dropping so many people led to spreading retained staff way too thin.
